Great question! Ideally, you should be taking your senior photos the summer before or the autumn of your senior year. Majority of yearbook deadlines are in October-November in Greater Seattle area. You can also book in Spring if your yearbook deadline allows you to.
When is the best time to book your photos?
Washington state is notorious for its rainy weather. The best part about scheduling with us is that you can re-schedule your shoot for FREE, if it rains on the day of your shoot. We always check the weather 2-3 days prior to the shoot, so you can re-schedule, if you do not want to risk it. Rain messes hair and makeup, which is why we highly recommend to not shoot in the rain.

We are so excited to offer our clients a comprehensive location guide with the best spots in Greater Seattle area for senior photos. Organized into themed categories based on personal preferences and proximity, we’ll be able to walk through these various locations to select the perfect backdrops for your senior portraits.
Where will I take my photos?
Before your senior photo shoot, we always send the ATS Client Access website that includes a luxurious comprehensive Style Guide to help you prepare for your session put together by a professional stylist. In the guide, you’ll learn all about what looks good on camera, how to incorporate variety into your wardrobe, and which accessories take your shoot from average to fabulous.
How do I know what to wear?
We will provide a list of THE BEST and THE MOST EXPERIENCED makeup artists in your area. We highly recommend getting your makeup done professionally in order to enhance your photoshoot experience and take it to the next level.

Ava is so extremely successful for her age. It was so exciting to work with this young Youtube and TikTok social media influencer! We started at pretty rose garden, then proceeded to take photos in the wild flower fields and at last got some shots next to the ocean. the sunset was absolutely gorgeous with Washington landmark, gorgeous Mount Rainier peeking through in the distance.
